We specialize in supplying paper-covered gypsum board production line, gypsum block production line and gypsum powder production line(including machine, production line design, installation, commissioning and training) .

Our production line capacity is as follows:
1) Paper-covered gypsum board production line, production capacity: 1million--50million square meters per year;
2) gypsum block production line, production capacity: 80,000 - 1 million square meters per year;
3) gypsum powder production line, production capacity: 3 - 100 tons per hour.

From the year 2004-2009, our machine is sold to many countries, such as USA, Mexico, Columbia, Italy, Uzbekistan, Thailand, etc.
and We have built many production lines for civil famous electric plants and phosphorus chemical plants, such as Huaneng International Corp., Sichuan Gaoyu and Guizhou Hongfu.

We have been granted ISO9001:2000 quality system certification and have attained the right of machine import and export.

All the gypsum board production line that we design adopt advanced technologies, including all automatic batching systems, board molding systems, fixed-length cutting, edge sawing, automatic sealing and automatic stacking, as well as hot wind drying.

All the gypsum powder production line we design adopt DCS automatic control system and advanced equipment, such as vertical mills and boiling furnace.

All the gypsum block production line that we design adopt all automatic batching systems, hydraulic-pressure jacking up mold systems, automatic controlled space clamp systems and transverse wind kiln systems. These production lines can produce plaster blocks in multiple specifications (including 666 x 500 x 80mm solid, 666 x 500 x 100mm solid (hollow), 666 x 500 x 120mm hollow, 666 x 300 x 150mm hollow, and 500 x 400 x 200mm hollow).

Our departments:
Techniques Design Workroom: responsible for the general drawing and arrangement planning for the projects we undertake.

Research Center: responsible for the research and development of new products and techniques.

Mechanical Engineering Dept.: in charge of all the mechanical design projects we undertake, including equipment development, processing and assembly. With strong R&D capacity, this department has independently developed domestically advanced technologies, such as board molding systems and automatic sealing systems, enabling itself to undertake the modernization reengineering projects of all types of plasterboard production lines.

Automatic Engineering Dept.: responsible for large and medium-sized automatic engineering projects we undertake and project development. The FCS (Fieldbus Control System) system we provide is widely used for the automatic control of plasterboard production lines with capacity of 10 million or 20 million sq.m per annum, while our DCS (Distributed Control System) is broadly adopted by plaster power production lines with capacity of 10 to 50 metric tons per machinery-hour.

Project Dept.: responsible for the building of the projects we undertake.

After-Sales Service Dept.: responsible for the installation, commissioning and maintenance of equipment for the engineering projects we undertake.
